24/7 Customer has seven rock bands, which perform regularly at various occasions such as Anniversary Day and team functions. Social events such as cricket competitions, team picnics and offsite meetings are organized on a regular basis. Independence Day, Diwali, Christmas, Thanksgiving and other functions are also celebrated in the office. Recently, a particular program's 'Going Live' function was celebrated with a 30-foot long cake in the shape of a pound.

Every year, 24/7 Customer celebrates an annual event titled 'Hum - The Power of We'. This year 's function was held at Speed Zone from 5 pm till midnight. This event had cultural programs by the employees and distribution of awards. Every year the company awards the top performers of the previous year in this gala event.
