The last 10 years 24/7 Customer has been at the forefront of global social awareness, and this defines the fabric of the 24/7 Customer culture. With the aid of a specially developed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) framework, we harness the positive attitude and energy of our over 8,000 employees to reach out to the under privileged sections of society and make a difference. CSR is an integral part of our work culture across all the geographies where we operate – be it Guatemala, India or Manila.
In September 2009, typhoon Ondoy left thousands of Filipinos struggling for relief and basic necessities that most people often take for granted. More than 300 employees of 24/7 Customer Manila in the Philippines were severely affected. Keeping this in mind, the Management team initiated a Calamity Assistance Programme in order to alleviate the trauma that was brought about by the experience.
This initiative was not restricted to the employees. 24/7 Customer Manila did not forget to reach out to other victims of the typhoon who were non-employees. 24/7 Customer through its partnership with World Vision, Philippines, started an outreach Programme for the adopted community in Cavite, Philippines. Employees freely donated food, medicines, clothes, and other basic amenities needed by the victims and volunteered for this noble cause.
Our CSR initiatives over the years include:

- Conducting blood donation camps
- Sponsorship and recognition of bright young students for their academic performance
- Participation in social welfare activities initiated by industry forums
- Women in need of economic and social assistance
- Education Programmes for children
