The survey rates 24/7 Customer as the highest than any other Indian based service provider.

This is 24/7 Customer's second consecutive listing in the top Global Services 100 study. 24/7 Customer has moved up the rank from last year's fourth position to second position. The annual study, conducted by neoIT, a consulting firm specializing in service globalization, recognizes excellence among global service providers that demonstrate leadership, innovation and outstanding performance in information technology outsourcing (ITO) and business process outsourcing (BPO).
