24/7 Customer wins the CCF European Call Centre Award for Best Non European Call Centre 2007

London, Thursday, October 4, 2007: 24/7 Customer, a premier global provider of business process outsourcing services has won the prestigious CCF Award for Best Non European Call Centre 2007. The award instituted by CCF European Call Centre Awards recognizes professional excellence in the contact centre industry across Europe, Middle East and Africa . The CCF European Call Centre Awards instituted for over a decade is also closely associated with the leading UK contact centre magazine – CCF (Call Centre Focus).

24/7 Customer was evaluated based on the initial submission, followed by an interactive session with the jury. The jury probed the teams including agents, team leaders & business leaders on various details of performance, customer service, leadership and training. The shortlisted companies in this category were evaluated on customer service, consistent customer satisfaction, people practice, effective relationship shared with clients and contributions made to clients' business.

The CCF European Call Centre Awards were g iven away at a glittering ceremony held at Birmingham, UK on September 26, 2007, in 19 different categories which included Best Call centre, Best Outsourcing partner, CCF Indu stry Champion, Corporate Social Responsibility Award, to name a few.
