The method involves real time tracking of data using process control charts, identifying outlier situations, alerting and escalating these situations through various communication channels, identifying the root causes for the outlier situation using the relationships developed by the Science Behind Outperformance, standardise response planning to the root causes and implementing corrective / preventive actions to completion.
